Berry Fields is located in Shelby, NC, owned and operated by Jason and Emily Parker.  Originating in the early ’70s, Emily’s parents, who were both teachers, and looking to increase their summer income; began Berry Fields as a blueberry farm! Over the past 50 years, it has evolved into a year-round farm producing lettuce, herbs, squash, cucumbers, a large variety of tomatoes, and so much more. A specialty product grown on the farm is an artisan mix of cherry tomatoes. They pride themselves in producing the freshest products for their community and using the farm to teach their children and the community about the importance of using sustainable processes to grow their own food.
