The Uptown Farmers Market began its inaugural season in Spring 2020 in the heart of uptown Charlotte. As a 501(c)(3), we rely on corporate sponsors to make our market a success.

The goal of the market focuses on three key needs: supporting local farmers and increasing access to fresh locally grown food, educating on wellness and healthy eating, and addressing food insecurities in our Charlotte communities.

This is a producer-only market and in addition to fresh vegetables, fruits, and artisan foods, the market will include weekly music from local community groups and ensembles, children’s arts and education activities and chef cooking demos.
