We are a father-and-son duo proudly bringing the flavors of Peru to Charlotte with our award-winning hot sauces! Using ancient Rocoto peppers that date back to the time of the Incas, we craft delicious sauces made with all-natural ingredients—no seed oils, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly.

Out of 200+ entries at the 2024 NC Hot Sauce Contest & Festival in Oxford, NC, our sauces stood out and took home top honors:

- **Sabancaya** – 1st Place in the Hot Salsa category (HOT: Rocoto and Habanero pepper)  
- **Ticsani** – 1st Place in the Verde Salsa category (MILD: Rocoto and Huacatay, Black Peruvian Mint)  
- **Misti Uchu** – 2nd Place in the Verde Salsa category (MEDIUM: Pure Rocoto)
